    Default Environmental health inspection

    Just had the call and they are coming out next wednesday to do my food inspection thingy what will they do and what do I need to show them I am doing please?

    I've got a thermometer in the fridge and the freezer, I don't actually cook meals I just put the kids lunch boxes in the fridge

    Just had my inspection from EH and it was fine. The guy was really friendly. He just had a look around my kitchen (took 2 seconds as it's not very big!), asked me what type of food I would be providing, said they discouraged parents providing their own food as you have no control over preparation, etc. He looked inside my fridge and freezer then we filled out some paperwork, he wished me luck and said to call him if I'm not sure of anything
