Its passed onto the EYSO to be marked.

Its all changed since my day! I've never heard of that course and have no idea who the EYSO are. I'm absolutely no help at all am I? Sorry!

That's ok
EYSO is Early Years Support Officer.
This part is saying out different laws will influence your day to day practice.
