NCMA new contracts

I've just received my new contracts from the NCMA and going through them I'm a bit unsure what they mean on the last page, letter l.

"Read and sign the policies which form part of the contract listed as follows."

then there are a few lines to fill in.

I'm unsure what policies to write in as I have a load of policies for my parent to sign and there's no way there's enough space.

I've looked on the back of the page but there isn't an explanation.

Could someone explain please,

I always do a front cover sheet for my policies as I have so many so dont expect parents to sign every one. On the NCMA contract I just put 'as per parent pack' and Im hoping that covers it. Im sure someone else will tell me if thats wrong.

I haven't seen the new Contracts.

From what you describe I would put 'All Policies in my 8 Page Policy document a copy of which has been read, agreed to and signed by the parents.' See attached signed Consent Document and instead of keeping it in the parent folder I would staple it to the last page of the Contract.


I only have 12 written Policies but I do lump several together under one heading like Health and Safety etc.
