Any childminders out there with a flat roof?

Need help finding building and contents insurance. I have a flat roof and it is very difficult to find a company who will insure it. We are insured now with express insurance, but cannot find a company who will insure flat roof AND for childminding :-/

We have flat roofs on our bedrooms, dormer style design. We have no problem getting insurance. Some ask if the flat roof is more than 1/5th of the full roof area, which is isn't. So perhaps yours is more?

is it felt on concrete or wood/felt......if it is wood then my partner who works in insurance suggests going to a good local broker as they will have compancies who will do it.
