If I switch to them (which I'm almost certain I'm doing!) do I need to switch all my paperwork to theirs? i.e. contracts etc???

No you can use your own paperwork when you are insured with Morton Michel.

however it needs to be written with regard to the legal requirements so that it is binding in the case of a problem.

I always suggest people get a pack of paperwork to see what kinds of things they need to include if they want to write their own.

I still use NCMA contracts as I am happy with them. I did check before I transferred over as I had not long signed contracts with some parents.
