Just spotted a claims helpline at bottom of page - 0845 3002672

Thanks for that, i could not find number anywhere. it is the main waterpipe outside that has broke/Leaking. I am waiting now for 7 trent to get back and also insurance. My children use the room as a playroom so all toys for them and childminding are just soaked and their tv, xbox and wii. I have been put on the emergency list with 7 trent and have been waiting 2 1/2 hours already
