Parent done a runner owing notice period!

I am with MM and contacted them about parent not paying notice period, have used them b4 and I had to email the documents through and within a few days I had the money in my account. This time she said someone will write to me over the next few days and they have asked for nothing yet it all seems really strange!!

I dont really know mm procedure as im with NCMA, they did pretty much the same at first but i just wanted to wish you lots of luck and hope you get it sorted quickly!I dont know why people think they can just default on us childminders they wouldn't do it to any other company they do business with!

I think there is a limit to the amount they will pay out and over that they will act on your behalf.

I would call and ask again about their policies and procedures for this.
