1st graded inspection any day now... quick questions?

I've had a missed call today that i believe is 'the call'...
Ive only got 1 mindee 8mths..been attending since sept 4hrs a day 5days a week will they still want to come?
I have his LJ upto date..
sef done...although there is only so much i can evaluate :-/
i dont do planning with him so much as just encourage him in his development? But will they expect me to have detailed planning for a child this age?
Also I have my emergency evacuation procedures in place but as yet not done a practice run, due to the age of the child, but will they still expext me to of done one?
Does Mrs O look at the buisiness side of the paperwork? Accounts? Contracts? Attendance records?
I just want to be as well prepared as possible so any help will be greatly appreciated,

Mrs O has no interest in the financial side of your business , so accounts arent needed , contracts etc are as there may be information on them such as parental responsibility that she needs to check.
Youve said that you dont do any planning just support his development - that is planning! Have you made any notes etc as youve gone along? or maybe in his lj have you suggested a next step following an observation? As long as youre following up these then that is planning!
Do a fire / evacuation. Its as much about how you will manage it as about the child. Ask a friend to ring you unannounced and say 'Fire'. Then do an evacuation and time it - there will probably be lots of things you can improve on after this - I know Id probably have had to go looking for my records / keys whatever when I first started to do drills. Then write up what youve changed for your sef and evidence of reflection and improvement.

Biggest tip, don't forget to check their ID before they even set foot over your threshhold! And have a good look at it.
Also, get them to sign your diary as a visitor.
This shows that you are doing Safeguarding

Thank you knew I could rely on you peeps
She be the first to sign my visitors book, that'll be fine wont it?
Do I make her take her shoes off? We do, he's a crawling baby? Do I offer her a hot drink? but tell her where to place it?
My own (4yo next month) will be in attendance, do I let him do as he pleases or make him take part? (Sometimes its harder to engage him of an afternoon as he's been to nursery of the morn).

If she is your first visitor then that is fine. Regarding shoes yes ask her to remove them but in my experience they have always removed them without being asked. With regard to your own child I would explain that he has had a structured morning and you are therefore letting him have free play
