Has anyone got a questionaire that they have given to parents to complete, that they wouldn't mind sharing with me please? Ofsted recommended that I do this and I havent got round to it yet. I always seems so short of time!

I have a parent leaving and an Ofsted inspection looming so just trying to do everything A.S.A.P.

I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me. Thank you.

Sue, the reason you cannot access it is because you are a very new member, you have to join in a little first and then you can have access to members shared work.

There are more details in the Member Information section in a post called "New Members please read this" or you can go direct from the link in your welcome message :)

Hope you don't mind i've borrowed your lovely file :blush: as I've not actually asked my parent to complete any feedback and she will be leaving soon - prior to my inspection. :)

Thank you, ive also 'borrowed' this, as im due my third year inspection anytime soon. Im hoping to get some good feedback with these questions, im lucky to have some lovely parents right now who always say nice things, just hope they write it for me too! Thanks again, Louise x

thanks letting me have a look, i like how you have worded it and brill idea for the signature at the top, will use that if you dont mind:)

I used the one from Bromley and adapted it to my own setting .

Its a good one and could be used without any alteration :thumbsup:
