    I cant remember what happens with the SEF. Do Ofsted write to you tellling you to do it or call you to say it needs doing.

    Im due an inspection anytime, last one was end Aug 2008. Ive lost my login in for SEF online

    It's up to you when you update it, but it should be done regularly or you will forget all the changes you have made.

    You can ring them for new log in details

    The inspector will ask if you've done your sef when they call to arrange your inspection.

    I didn't do mine on-line I downloaded a blank sef to the desktop and did it on there.

    My inspector asked me to e-mail her a copy which I did.

    The sef form is in free downloads if you want to have a look at it

    Ive done it...ive actually logged on after hrs of messing around. It just wouldnt work, i rang Ofsted 3 times and they walked me throughit but it still would work. Then at my last attempt it worked....very strange

    Ive updated some bits and will do a little more later

    Hi! The SEF has just been reviewed and updated - there are new questions.

    you can find them by looking on your government gateway site.

    There is a copy of the questions and guidance notes here

    You are absolutely right! It doesn't matter what type of self evaluation you use - but it is important that you use some sort of evaluation
