well done!! I had my inspection today and my inspector was really nice.

I received good in all areas, so overall good grade.

Reccomendation to carry out fire drills with the children rather than just have procedure in place and record it when I do it.

Also to build on resources to incorporate diversity through play, more books, toys showing differences in colour, dress, cultures and abilities/ disabilities. So im on the look out for things to build on that!

But good with everything overall

so really relieved and pleased its done, she said my paperwork was very organised and good is a brilliant grade for first time as in quite alot of first inspections it can be difficult to get a good grade.
