Default just a couple of q's

Hiya, had the call today asking when im available

so i mind a 12mth old would you leave the door open?? i normally wouldnt tbh as he would hurt himself, i take them outside and sit with them as he eats anything he can get his hands on. leaves/sand/stones ect.

how much planning should i do for a baby???

I would only leave the door to outside area open for a 12 month old if I was available to constantly supervise the child because at that age he / she will not have learnt to manage own risks (same can be said of inside environment.

I would only plan the environment - ie would chose which toys to put out based on childs interest and stage of development - but I do that every day - basically my advice would be to do whatever it is that you normally do - if you suddendly change anything you will just make more work for yourself and potential have a childwho becomes upset because normal routines have changed.
