I can email a blank copy to anyone who thinks it might come in useful or post it on here if anybody is interested in seeing it. She said it was a good base to start the planning from.
Also, in the the child's journal she said it would be a good idea to include observations from parents; for example, if a baby is learning to walk, if the parents say to you: X took couple of steps yesterday, note this down in the learning journey. Shows partnership with parents!
Risk assessments - I didn't do one on my climbing frame, so make sure you carry out one if you have "big equipment" in the garden.
All in all, I'm very pleased and hopefully can relax this weekend. x
