    Congratulations I've also found this forum VERY useful and it's great to have others to talk to and bounce ideas off and of course get inspiration
    I even told my Ofsted inspector about it and she thought it was great that CMs were getting together and helping each other

    I have had my report back and the following is written in it "she regularly meets up with other chilminders and has joined the childminders forum online to share ideas and best practice" I obviously mentioned to her how wonderful I had found the site and she thought it worthy of a mention.
