    what difference would it make? i was told i was not allowed 2 under 1's unless it was for twins (as i needed an overlap of just 2 weeks) ofsted said NO, so had to delay mindee starting.

    not that it matters now as i have my assistant

    Just re read my Cert and I have the same as you. The Cert is dated 31/1/11 so it must be a new thing! So many other bits to do with having 4 under 5s and working with an assistant I missed that bit! I stand corrected. Thanks for the link to the document.

    It tells you in the Ofsted Documents how they assess the childminder before the grant a variation if that helps.
