Certificates - where do you keep them?

I have a portfolio which is divided into the outcomes of ECM with the policies and any relevant certificates under each outcome e.g. Staying Safe has my Child Protection cert in etc. Now I have a million and one certificates for qualifications and training and wondered if a 'Training File' would be better? Therefore I can keep all my policies in my portfolio as before but have things like my First Aid/DHC/Manual Handling etc etc certs in a separate file.

WHat do you do?

My certs are in my Parent Portfolio that I show new parents - in the training section. Once I have renewed a course I put the old one in a sepwerate folder otherwise becomes overwhelming for parents to look at them all.

My certs are in parents portfolio too - but I scan all my certs so often put a copy in another folder if it is relevant!

I had so many Certs that i created a Training Folder in which I have my Training Log and all my Certs.
