    Default CRB's for visitors

My BF now seems to be meeting the mindees if he stays over so we are filling in the new EY2 form however is it necessary? I mentioned it to mindees mum yesterday and she said she had thought about it. I think she thought I had only just met him and when I explained I have been with him 2 years she relaxed. He may see them for 10 mins once a week if he stays over. I'm going to send it off anyway but she asked if I was meant to have one, I just said that if the person was a regular visitor in contact with the children then it was good practice too. Is that right?

Yes it is good to have one done and no matter what people tell us we don't know about their past.
