variation

Hi all.

could anyone give me a hand in writing a variation letter.

Im rubbish with stuff like this and dont know how to word it.

I need a variation on a wednesday and thursday I will overlap for 5 hours on a wednesday and 4.5 hours on a thursday. Its so that I can keep having my mindee I started with a year ago (so it is a continuation of care letter).

I have a 1 year old an 8 month old and Isabelle who is 3. So the variation will be for a 2 year old to also attend at the same time with the above overlapping hours. This is not a weekly occurence - it varies week to week but from April I will need it permanently on a wed or thurs not both.

I didn't get mine first time so next time i just made sure there were words such as 'continuity' and working in partnership with parents etc etc,,,good luck babe x
