I was going to suggest that Christmas might end up being put in special measures and then run, academy-style, entirely for the profit of contractors and with no regard for the core values of the institution or the purposes for which it was set up in the first place.......

Ofsted did get their hands on Christmas in the school they inspected on the 16th and 17th of December!
One of the parents has started a petition asking that they not schedule inspections in the last week of terms 2 and 6. The forum has starred out part of the address, but it is c h a n g e . o r g (without the spaces):
