Ofsted have been and gone!

Thought I'd pop on whilst the kiddies are eating to say they have been and I have been given an overall GOOD!
She said I'm overall good with some areas outstanding! "A very small leap to get to Outstanding next time" she said!
I am sooo happy. She said her only recommendation is going to be along the lines of making sure I am meeting the emotional needs of all the children (she doesn't know how it will be worded exactly yet) but that was because my own little madam played up a lot (like I thought she would) and so whilst I was dealing with her tantrums I wasn't able to give my mindee as much attention.
She said she was very impressed at my paperwork, planning and SEF so a massive THANK-YOU to Sarah for her e-books and all the advice I get from everyone on the forum, she is going to make a special comment regarding my documentation on my report as it was so well thought out and comprehensive!
