Default Will this be ok for my planning?

I want to try and keep the amount of different pieces of paper as small as poss. So is this ok for my planning...

To have a folder with photos of my resources and activities and some info on how they support the EYFS Areas of Learning. Flyers fromplaces we visit and print outs of activities I like.

A A4 page a day diary to write in planned activities, future festivals, events, trips and menu plans. Using a diff colour pen to do next steps on planning and evaluating.

Observations and tracker sheets in learning journeys.

This all sounds too simple to me and I worry its not going to be enough evidence for an inspector? Or do we just have a tendancie to over plan?

A page a day is quite a lot if you are filling it... depending on the amount of children you have of course!

I have a page a week for my group planning (for the older ones) plus continuous provision linked to the Eyfs.

Then everything else is written on the children's individual sheets, usually after the event, saying what they have done and linking to the future.
