    Default next steps..help please

    hi all,

ive just written up a ob for 2 year old from this morning he was playing on the slide but to start with i was assisting him with climbing steps and sitting down at the top but each time he did it he needed less help.

i'm stuck though with what to put for next steps.

    any ideas greatly appreciated.

I would put something like that too - a lot of my next steps start with "continue to................"
