    Default Baseline/initial obs

Hi - am sitting here getting myself in a muddle trying to begin putting together a new learning journey folder for a new mindee. The last couple I started to put together after I first registered are fine - parents love them! - but for me they were a bit all over the place with reference to linking obs and evidence to EYFS so am restructuring the next one to hopefully work better for me!!

Wondered if any of you would be kind enough to share with me a baseline/ initial obs template that you find works for you. I have looked through the forum for inspiration to clear my muddle & these initial obs are mentioned a lot and seem a great way to start my new learning journey....

    Many thanks in anticipation x

I just have the 6 areas of learning in boxes where I can write obs and then next steps under each one. Oh, also a space for me and parents to sign too. Keep it easy.
