    Default Planning

Hi just wondered how you all record individual planning. I was thinking of recording several points after carrying out observations for that month on each mindee and follow on steps. Iwas going to include this in daily diarys for parents to see and maybe comment on at the end of every month as well as putting copy in learning journals. Hope this makes sense !!

I normally use something similar to the play plan in my link for individual planning and put my next steps on the end of my observations. In order it goes, obs, next steps, individual planning
