Child 1 22month (N) straight and and smearing it all over legs and the play mat saying 'I like this' 'look at that' - what would you link CL/PSED?

Child 2 17.5month (T) hesitant at first but started copying N but not saying anything (she doesn't talk much) but smiling when I was talking about it ?

Possibly link them both to psed but id also link the first one to cl as well. There is no reason an observation cannot be linked to more than one area of development. Try not to over think and it will be easier.
