This app is fab, im not happy when in the back of my mind there is a log of work building up. This way i can do it as i go along and know ive only got printing to do. Yeah! Thank you, cant wait to use it :-)
Hi Starfish, have you had to pay anything for using this app all that time? x
Nothing to pay as long as you don't exceed five reports

Going to download now. Bank holiday & I'm doing paperwork again!!
what is the monthly fee if we exceed 5 reports?
It's about £40 a year. You can delete reports after you e emailed them to yourself. I still haven't bought the full version / don't really need to. .
The single brilliant feature about this is the drop down menu of dev matters to link with your evidence. Acc to my RAG lady, Ofsted require to see ages with eyfs links now and this is done for you.

i have already done a dummy report and emailed it to myself to see how it looks. what a waste. i guess i could enter observations for a year before emailing a report! thanks for the info its a really good price :-)
What do you mean what a waste? You mean it didn't work? Was no good?
You can endlessly keep 5 reports going.
As long as you don't exceed 5 you can use it.
I do one and email it then delete it and start from scratch for the next one , I don't store any. I have them all on my email - probably 50 by now.

This app looks great. My concern with not buying it is that everyone is logged on with the same eyfs user name and password and you can not change it. Does this then mean the developers have control over your account? I will go onto their website and check it out.
Im thinking you can only do five and then email them then after that any more you pay for but from what your saying, if i understand you right, you can have five running at any one time without charges.
Yes you can do as many as you like as long as you delete them after and don't have more than 5 on the go at one time,

thats grear news thank you :-)
If you pay the yearly fee you can see it all on line and look at and keep the reports etc. As I stick them all in my lJs I dont need to do that.

I've been using it for a while now and have paid the annual fee, think it was £30. I constantly use it and you can change the fields to suit yourself. I think it is well worth the money.
After see threads on here about this, I looked on line but couldn't find the app. So thank-you I now know where to get it, I am looking forward to downloading it and 'having a go'. Thanks again.
I am so frustrated with the two simple early years app. Can anyone help please? i have taken five photos of experiences and emailed them to my pc, once ive printed them i delete them off the app so i can hoprfully start again with five new photos but its telling me i have reached my limit. What am i doing wrong?
Go to the date section and have start date months ago then all the old ones will appear that haven't been deleted but were not showing.

Having had major problems with it on my old phone I have just installed it on my new one ... I've tried it out & feels useful! Might not use it lots but good to have there.
