thanks for the sites amanda my 6 year old mindee reminded me on friday that we didn't make panckaes last year as she had to go to the dentist so i promised last year that we would do it this year talk about the memory of an elephant

In France, pancake day is a very big deal.
We have a carnival on that day at school. We go to school dressed up and all the mums prepare pancakes and bring them to school. We then have a great party and we eat pancake all day and parade in our dressing up clothes. Best memories ever!!!!
