Updating learning journals

Hi,

Silly question but does anyone update their All about me page as the child grows and changes happen or do you stick with the one you completed at the start?

I do an all about me form when they begin and an all about me now form when they leave as last page of lj

I update likes ,dislikes if they have new pet once every couple of months

I have an All About Me sheet at the front when they first start. Recently I have started to do an All About Me Now sheet once a year - just to show changes from maybe baby stage to walking, starting pre-school, likes/dislikes etc and with an updated photo. I like the idea of doing one at the end too - my last page is normally a summary for handing on to new provider - either nursery/pre-school or Reception class (usually!)

I just do one when they start to give me starting points for planning for them. The LJ shows how they are growing and changing through the time they are with you.
