    Default sharing with schools

I have two little ones in reception and would like to share their learning journeys with their teachers much the same way as I have done in the past with nurseries. But I'm not sure how to approach them. How does anyone else share their books?

I haven't got round to actually sharing any lj's yet, namely because they are always so behind!
But I spoke to our FSU teacher who does nursery and reception and she is willing to do a small comments form, one per term per child, and I will do the same for them.
So I have just made up a 'working together' form, very simple with childs name, date, completed by and name of setting, the rest of the page (2 on A4 sheet) is blank for any comments.
Would your lo's school do the same maybe?
