Learning Journey photos - to print or not to print?
Hi everyone,
I'm just starting out, in a process of becoming a childminder.. however as a little 'practise' I've already started a Profile book on my own daughter and done obs, Links to EYFS and planning for next steps.
Question is (opinions pls...) should I print or order the photos from snapfish or where-ever? At the moment I'm printing, and then putting them in the book, however it's not 100% 'pretty' if you know what I mean..? (I'm taping them in there...)
What are your methods? Are your Profile books clean cut??
It's just the tape that doesn't have a great look, am I missing a trick??
xx Thanks
Saija
Re: Learning Journey photos - to print or not to print?
Alot of us on here have bought a POGO printer for just this reason.
The pictures are just the right size and if you peel the backs off they are sticky, so no glue or tape needed.
The printers are very cheap, around £20, you can buy then through the forum.
HTH

POGO PRINTERS
Doesn't cost you any more but helps with the running costs of the forum.

You're welcome
Re: Learning Journey photos - to print or not to print?
I print my own pics (not pogo printer) and use a tape runner type adhesive on the back to stick them in - nothing to see from the front.
You can get them in stationery/craft shops or Boots do one too in the photographic section.
Re: Learning Journey photos - to print or not to print?
I print the pictures myself. Asda does some really cheap Fuji photo paper and I get 9 small prints on one A4 sheet.
I just cut them out & stick them in using a glue stick.

I add the photos directly onto a word document and then add my text in a seperate text box and print it all out on one page... simples!!! xx
