    Smile LEarning Journal

I am running a breakfast/after school & holiday club but have agreed to take my friends little girl for one and a half hours over lunchtime as she is struggling to find care for her. She is 1 year old do I still need to do a LJ for such a short period. She is the only one I will be having during the day.

    Thanks

I don't know the answer but presume most of your session will be lunch time - feeding herself, cleaning her up and a quick play or snooze?
    I bet you won't need

You need to share her routine with parents and show how you are meeting her needs... care and learning.

You can probably do that with a few brief notes that you hand over to parents when she leaves and a couple of photos of her enjoying her lunch / playing after lunch.
