Welcome to the wonderful and mad world of childminding.
Paperwork does seem daunting to start with, but in time it becomes part of the job and not so bad!
I use 2simple which just helps with observations.
There is an online company called tapestry that does the same thing and alot of people are happy with it.
There are also online companies that can provide all paperwork, but I don't use any/know anyone who does and so can't comment. I guess if you google early years/childminder online software you'll come up with some.
    Good luck x
