By the looks of it, nothing as really been confirmed yet. Childminding agencies look like they will be set up and some area's are doing pilot childminding agencies. Hopefully we will find out soon.

Not yet... a few have said they are starting but they will be very targeted to begin with so no big changes for us all yet
