I cant open the new ones as they have been saved on .docx, is there anyway they can be saved in .doc? my computer is old and is not compatible with new format.

I can't change things in downloads... that is Pauline's job.

I suggest you send her a pm and ask if she can change them to pdf format for you...

EDITED TO SAY - I have something on my computer called Microsoft Word viewer.

It is free and I have just used it to open Shivvie's files.
