I'm in the throws of buying a new tandem and I like this one
http://www.abc-design.de/en/products/twins-tandems/zoom.html
However I've seen one on ebay but would need to buy another seat for it and while searching came across this
http://www.preciouslittleone.com/product-information/26/15085/obaby-zynergi-zoom-red-tandem---black-red/
Am I wrong or is that not the same buggy?

The ABC _Design buggies were made by a german company (I think!), Leebruss. They were taken over by Obaby, who now make the Zynergie Zoom.
I'm sure they're probably the same pushchair, but I don't thike the Obaby brand and think the newer buggies are probably cheaper made, hence the difference in price.
I had the ABC Zoom a couple of years ago. It is REALLY big and not all that easy to push. I only kept it for 6 months before selling it on.

Thanks Mouse. I hate the obaby brand too.
I need a lie flat walking tandem. I tend to keep my Jane powertwin up in the garage and just wheel it through to the back garden when we have been out and they fall asleep. I just like the idea of both seats reclining better. The one on ebay is the original ABC design but only comes with 1 seat and a carrycot. I wonder if the obaby seat fits it. Otherwise I like Kolcraft, except they are from USA.

I replaced my ABC Zoom with a Jane Powertwin. It's a lot easier to push, though I don't really like it either and am looking for something new! I want something that has 2 lie back seats, but I'm struggling to find anything suitable.
I did like the way the Zoom seats could be changed round so much. The lo's loved facing each other and I always got loads of comments when I was out with it.

Ladies I have a brand new (used for about a week) Britax B dual for sale. Both seats lay back flat. Its purple and I HATE the colour so am selling it (I have loads of twins buggies). Look it up on the Britax website for details.
If you're interested PM me x

Do both seats lie flat on the B-Dual. I currently have a P&T as well as my Jane and only use my P&T as a single with the back seat for all the school bags and then a temporary seat for the toddler who is tired. I use the Jane for the school run when we go out after and I know they will need a nap.

Yes both seats lay completely flat, Its the latest model so has the adaptors that move the seats apart when using as a double too.
More info here :http://www.britax.co.uk/pushchairs/overview-pushchairs/b-dual
scroll down the page and you will see a tab saying 22 dual configurations which show you exactly what you can and cannot do (I don't have the car seats, just the buggy, second seat, adaptors and rain cover)
