    Default Daily Diary

I have been minding for 6 weeks and i have just realised I have not been kepping a daily dairy, is this something I should be doing??

I have a daily risk assesment sheet which I complete everyday and highlight any new risks on there
I have a fire alarm testing sheet and a visitor sheet.

What do you all write in your diary?? and is it a normal desk diary ??

    sorry starting to worry now

I have exercise books for the children, but my daily log is done on an Access database as I'm sick of all the paper everywhere.

I keep a note of what we've done, any next steps, things to do and any resources that I might want/need to get following things I've noticed that day. I log things like fire drills on there. I got the headings from Sarah707 on a past thread.

I don't do a daily risk assessment sheet any more as I didn't find it helpful.
