Just want to say a MASSIVE thankyou to the site and everyone who has ever replied to my questions.
I have been inspected today by OFSTED after minding for just 8 months.... and i am VERY VERY pleased with how things went and my grading (which I cant say as yet). My inspector was lovely (yes, they do exist)... my kids all fab (apart from own DD aged 4yr) and she was stunned that had only been minding for such a short period of time.
I dont think I could have done it without the help of a wonderful forum. XXXX
