    Default first aid help

    Hi

I'm new and have a question. I'm the registered childminder and i have an assitant. I have a first aid at work certificate. Do i have to have a paediatric first aid certificate as the registered childminder or is it ok just for my assitant to have it? Thanks

    Hi
You will need a paediatric first aid certificate I think. Your Council or Early years team should be able to help (if you have one).

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Yes, you will need a paediatric first aid certificate (look under specific legal requirements on page 31 of eyfs handbook)
