Default Talk to me about networks!!

I am trying to help set up a childminding network in my local area but I don't know very much about one.

What kind of support do you get?

How often do you meet? where?

    What are the meetings like?

Do you get training? What kind?

How many are in your network and is there a cap on numbers?

Anything else I need to know?

    Thanks in advance!!

the normal 'area' network meeting - we meet once a month, we talk about local issues and developments, share good practice, talk about Ofsted and what they expect judged on peoples recent experiences etc, we talk about what training we like, whats on ie drop ins, sessions etc. No cap on numbers - everyone is welcome.

Our community/ccf network we do additional training, and all of the above
Cap on numbers - up to 20 minders
