registering for childcare register online

I've just logged on to update my SEF and have seen the following message regarding childcare register application forms.....

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Childcare Register application forms

We are making some changes to this website. Please submit any saved Childcare Register forms BEFORE 2:00 PM on THURSDAY 3 JUNE 2010. Any forms not submitted will be deleted and the information in them will be lost.

I am confused, I thought I was already registered, do we have to do something else now as well?
