    Default trying for a baby

me and my partner are thinking of trying for a baby
problem is he had cancer in his leg when he was 12 years old and had to have his leg amputated and had chemotherapy he has never had fertility tests or anything
just wondered if anyone knows if it would be possible for him to have children or know of anyone who has been in a simialr posiotion and gone on to have children as hes too scared to go to his gp to check and be told no

The only person I knew who had chemo was older and had a sperm donation frozen. Sorry that's probably not much help to you and perhaps not what you want to hear.
Honestly one way or another you're going to have to ask the GP and find out. Why put yourself through months of agony trying only to find out it was a non starter. I don't mean to sound cavalier as I can understand how devasting the news would be but sticking your head in the sand is not going to work.

    Hugs to you both xx
