thanks June and Pauline!!! How crafty is that using the same picture but changing the number, I wouldn't have taken any notice if I had looked, i would have just seen the picture and thought that as that was the picture I had up I was ok!!!

Copy printed off and laminator on standby!!!!!

I have a childminding friend who doesnt go online at all and has a clue. I know she is being inspected later this month, so will print one off for her when I do mine

I will wait for them to send one out to me in the post, if they don't bother then it's their fault - I am not using my valuable ink for them to keep changing their poster every 6 months! rant over

Snap In the past few months they have sent me 4 of the last one with 4 incorrect registration Doc's - perhaps when they sent me the correct reg Doc they will send me the new poster!!!!

That's true, they sent me a new parent poster just over 6 weeks ago and it was the old number

But of course now I need to change my policies!

Thank you June and Pauline, but this poster says anything about childcare that parents want to tell them call 0300 123 1231, so why does it not have the number 0300 123 4666 for concerns/complaints?
