You could do some painting and dip the wheels of the toy cars in to make tyre track paintings. Different sized wheels with different treads

sounds like he is interested in rotation,

so provide lots of things which go round, can be spun, spinning tops, good one is letting a small ball run around the bottom of say a circular washing basket (not sure how old he is).

children who like this usually will enjoy mixing in a circular motion too, so cooking sandplay, water play where they can stir or mix. Things like hand mixers where they turn the handle.

Someone mentioned painting with wheels to make tracks - fab idea and would also introduce him to straight lines as a spin off of his interest or you could do stamp painting/gluing with circular shapes maybe introducing him to new shapes.

    Outside big balls etc.

That would cover most areas of learning within his interest.

To give the above a name - he sounds like he has a rotational schema (google it & you'll find lots of info & ideas - Sarah also does a great ebook on schemas! If he is drawing in circles - don't forget that this comes under handwriting. HTH
