    Default Ofsted

    applied for variation by e-mail over a month ago sending back their form
    heard nothing


    decided to download the form fill it in by hand, posted it TUES
    they phoned today
    ......................did not get my variation as it was not a sibling

    but amazed at the quick response

    have to finish some part timers now in favour of a full timer, bit sad as I have had one since he was a baby and he is now 7 but business is business, as
    Ofsted put it !!

    How many of you have to have a clear out of older children to make way for new babies ???????????????????

    its really hard, breaks my heart but Ofsted rules are rules !!

    It is hard when you have had them since they were little. Felt that way when I left my nanny job.

    Shame he isn't 8 as you may of got away with having an over 8.

    Not had to have a clear out yes as not registered. Think if I do have to have a clear out the ones to be cleared out will be my own lol lol
