risk assessment farm

could anyone please pm me a risk assessment for the farm i have lost mine and cannot remember what i did. please

tried to start a new one so far have handwashing, anti bacterial gel when leaving petting areas, any other things you can add to this i would be very grateful

I am due an inspection and trying to get organised

cannot believe i have lost this risk assessment

hygiene.
loose animals.
biting animals.
farm machinery.
tools.
vehicles.
permission to use anti bac gel as it contains alcohol.
wandering child.
entry/exit points.
lost child.
hot drinks in reach.
wire fences.
climbing on fences.
handling animal feed.
