I offer water, milk, sugar free squash and watered down fruit juice.

I find the majority drink water, two have squash and one has 1 watered down fruit juice, but only one small glass a day. This child then has water or milk.

I usually go with what parents wish their children to have. I have found the most recent babies come to me liking water or milk only.

I have noticed that the children who drink sugar free squash, drink far more than those that drink water, but I dont think they are going thirsty.

I have been thinking of only offering milk or water.

I always give free access to water in sports bottles, I find creating a competion about how many refills each child has works really well
