Update on yesterday, need your help again

Following on from my post,

Was just about to tell friend about what I said in my post yesterday

Then the boys got into a fight, resulting in my son bleeding

I am really not happy

Please can you tell me if I am wrong to say to my friend that I can't take this boy and she must find someone else?

I will say this in a nice way but I can't have this happening under my roof

It upsets us all.

My husband's gone mad

Going to call her tonight

I really don't want to upset her

Hi just remember that your son comes first, just be honest with your friend and tell her firmly but gently.

oh don't feel upset, her son sounds really difficult to look after and it's not fair on your son, i'm sure your friend will understand and if she doesn't then she's the one in the wrong, stay strong and positive vibes are being sent your way

If you are finding it hard to speak to her directly why not put everything in a letter explaining why you are terminating the contract, I sometimes find that easier andI know I have said everything i want to then too xxx

I understand you feeling bad about this because she is your friend but you MUST put yourself and your family first

Do you want your son hurt again?

Maybe if you tell her what has happened and explain she will be ok about it
She is your friend and will not want to fall out with you either

Sometimes you just have to do things and now is one of those times

How is your son now?

The best thing you can do is not look after this boy. Your family are now all involved & it will cause problems as your son may become afraid of him & it could cause fall outs with your husband..............neither of which are fair on you.

If this lady really is a friend then she should not fall out with you, I'm sure that she knows just what her son is like.

If it were a childminder & not a friend, then I'm sure they would have said something already.

Thanks everyone, I've had a think and yes you are right. My husband says we are bringing a bully into our house. It's not fair on my son.

Meeting her in morning so will say what I need to then.

i hope all is going well for you this morning
i've just read the other post and think you are right to call this whole thing off
neither of you sound happy the kids are going to hate each other and you sound like you're a nervous wreck due to this child.
if your son is happy at nursery why jeopardise it all, go and do the other job you can't do because of this friend and put it down to a bad decision.

I did it don't want to say too much just in case but yes everything was OK, things happened between the two boys again this morning. Prime example that it's not working.

I do feel awful tho and very tired after a night spent worrying
