    Default Funding for new child

I have had an enquiry for a three year old, starting in September. The child will be able to access the thirty hours from September too. However, if I take this child on, we will have missed the estimated numbers date. Does that mean that there would be a delay in me getting paid?

Hope that makes sense! I've not been doing funding for very long, so am still getting to grips with it.

I think every LA is different Maza as our estimate deadline is tomorrow, then we get paid monthly Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec first two payments are based on estimates then 3rd is adjusted for actuals.

Thanks Pixie. You are lucky that you get paid monthly. We get paid twice a term. I hate it.

Like Pixie, our cut off date for estimates is tomorrow.

We then get part payment in August based on the estimate.

    When’s your cut off date?
