What to expect when
I've always used this document with parents for childrens starting points but not for a while now. Is there a new version does anybody know?

there is a new one
https://foundationyears.org.uk/wp-co...compressed.pdf
but to be honest, i'm still using an old one for parents for starting points! I like the new one, but it isn't great as a list of starting points!

I don't think there are any rules about anything! and seeing as Ofsted don't want to see any paperwork, and they can't tell us which 'guide' to use, then i can't see why not! and it is just to give you a guide to work from. If you were worried, then you could type out your own starting point forms, or there might be something along those lines on Childcare.co.uk, but i'm using what works for me and my parents.
After all; there is the development matters guide, the birth to 5 guide, and I also use Mary Sheridan's From Birth to Five, which i used at college MANY years ago! to be honest, no matter what and how they fiddle around with things, children still develop around and along the same lines! they still can't run before they can walk, or talk before they are born!
