Afternoon Emma.
My own children are 15 & 18, so not quite the same as mixing younger ones with minded children. My DS we barely see, my 15 yr old DD will sometimes come and chat or maybe play for a while! Usually just spotted getting food in the kitchen! ( and giving minded children a biscuit! They all think i don't know
She knows not to do so just before lunch or tea! )
DD may be heading back to school at some point ... and we may need to take her/pick her up. We'll cross that bridge when it happens.
In your case, I think i would have a bubble of 6 and go from there. It would be hard to seperate them, and you would, in theory, need to base yourself with one group or the other. Just plenty of hand washing and keeping things clean as you go.
Hugs, it's a tricky one. xxx
